Tara M. Wenig is an experienced and dedicated mental health, holistic, and energy psychology therapist for over 20-years who has a sincere passion and gift for counseling individuals and their families.

She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Diplomate of Comprehensive Energy Psychology. She is also, a Board Certified Holsitic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology and the American Psychotherapy Association.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. She also, earned her certification in Holistic Health from Columbia University and from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

Ms. Wenig has counseled a diverse population of children, teens, young adults and families as a Seminole County Juvenile Drug Court Therapist, Orange County Public School District Mental Health Therapist, Fostercare Therapist, University-level Counselor, as well as, having worked in group homes, and hospitals while impacting the lives of children, adults and families.
